At Tidy Tea, we want every cup to be a good one.
Because our teas are consumable products, we’re unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened.
🍃 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you ordered, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and a photo if possible.
If something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund
📦 Unopened Items
Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Sealed and unopened
- In their original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and check your return (if applicable), we’ll process any approved refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
